Purchased but not shipped (Cancelation):
Your order will be processed as soon as possible after your purchase, so you will be charged a 5% processing fee.
Ebike has been delivered (Unused):
- Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return the unused product(s).
- To be eligible for a return, the bike must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- You will be charged up to 25% restocking fee. (this is withheld from refund)
- We do not offer returns except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction that are deemed unrepairable by JI-MOVE
The customer can email to email@example.com for a return authorization prior to sending any product back to JI-MOVE. The customer must contact JI-MOVE's service team for troubleshooting and repair first if there is any issue with the ebike. In the unfortunate event that the ebike is deemed totally unrepairable at the sole discretion of JI-MOVE Pte. Ltd., you may receive an exchange or a refund.
The customer will have to arrange shipment or pay the shipping charge to get the item returned.

Please send us a notification after you ship the item out, you will also need to provide us with a tracking number. Once we have received the item you sent and checked that the item is in good condition, we will exchange or give you a refund. This will be issued within 2 days.
Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is completed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping Damage Claims
We are proud of our products, but we can't control shipment conditions. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transportation, so kindly check that the item is in good condition when you receive it it. If such an unfortunate event does occur, please provide us with a photo or video of the damaged item and contact us at email@example.com. Notice: We will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 3 days from the date of receipt of products.
