Transportation Charge

One-way transportation charge to transport an ebike from one location to another within mainland Singapore. 

The following zones are excluded: Free Trade Zone, Shipyards, Armed Forces bases, and any premises that requires stringent security checks.

Lead Time: 3-5 days. This is not an express delivery service. Once you place your order, our customer service will check the available slots of our driver and coordinate with you a convenient time for both parties. Typically, we should be able to complete the transportation request in 3-5 days. 

Please take note that our driver will try his/her best to minimum shipping damages to your ebike, however minor cosmetic damages sometimes are inevitable. By default, Jimove is indemnified against any shipping damages that may arise during transportation, unless otherwise agreed by Jimove in writing before you place your order for this transportation service.
