At Jimove, we're not just about providing top-notch ebikes and accessories – we're committed to fostering a thriving e-bike community right here in Singapore. Our corporate goal is to keep everyone running on the road happily and safely. In our continuous effort to enhance your e-ride experience, we're excited to introduce a new initiative that brings us closer to you – Jimove Community Service, which is a free service session provided by our skilled technicians to the communities.
How does it work?
First of all, Please register your interests for a free ebike service in your neighborhood by filling up the form at the bottom of this webpage. Jimove will annouce on this page as well as in the Jimove Owner's facebook group when and where their free ebike services will be provided. We will also inform the list of customers who have successfully secured a confirmed servicing slot. Please take note that such servicing requests are on a first-signup-first-serve basis and subject to slots availability. If you do not receive any confirmation from us, that means we could not secure a slot for you as the customers who signed up ahead of you have fully booked all the available slots. In the event that your ebike will need to be brought back to the workshop for repair. You will enjoy a free transport back to the Jimove Ubi workshop, subject to space availability in the vehicle.

Terms & Conditions
* This free service is only applicable to Jimove and Snapcycle ebikes and only limited to the original components supplied by the original manufacturer.
* Free transportation is subject to available space in the vehicle.
* Free services will only be limited to the time slots allocated by Jimove.
